In Philippians 4:19 we read, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." One of the most amazing attributes about God is that He never changes. Malachi 3:6a says, "For I am the LORD, I change not." It is hard to accept this fact, because everything else in our life changes. The weather changes, the seasons change, animals and people change with age, governments change, etc. But God never changes. It is so good to know that everything written about God in the Bible thousands of years ago is still true today. I am so glad that He stays the same. THAT fact is the most awesome, wonderful thing about God! I love this! Even though He never changes (like we do), there is a part of His personality that fills each and every one of our needs. So, what do you need today? Christ can be that for you!

Need a friend today? Jesus can be THAT for you. Proverbs 18:24b says, "There is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother."

Are you in poor health? Need a healer? Jesus can be THAT for you. Matthew 11:5 says, "The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them."

Feel all alone, need someone to listen and to care? Jesus can be THAT for you. I Peter 5:7 says, "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."

Overwhelmed? Cannot see your way through tomorrow? Need to know the way? Jesus can be THAT for you. John 14:6 says, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

Feeling dull, lifeless, boring. Need a life? Jesus can be THAT for you. John 10:10b says, "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."

Feeling forsaken, abandoned? Need someone who will always be there for you? Jesus can be THAT for you. Hebrews 13:5b says, "For he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee."

Angry? Need to let it all out? Need a good listener? Jesus can be THAT for you. Psalm 139:4 says, "For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether."

Need to feel that someone loves you unconditionally, even with all of your faults? Jesus can be THAT for you. Psalm 103:13 & 14 says, "Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust."

Scared to trust anyone, thinking that no one could want you so much that they would love you for a lifetime? Jesus can be THAT for you. Jeremiah 31:3 says, "The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee."

Feeling guilty about wasted years? Wishing someone could reclaim your lost time and make it productive? Jesus can be THAT for you. Joel 2:25a says, "And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten."

Need a financial advisor? Jesus can be THAT for you. Deuteronomy 8:18a says, "But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth."

The list goes on and on. Whatever need you have in your life; Jesus Christ can fill that need. He loves you, and there is nothing that He cannot do for you. There is not a human being on earth who can be what you need every day, all the time. Only Christ can be the One to satisfy your soul. He can fill any void in your life.

May God's blessing be upon you this week as you read and meditate from Psalm 57:1-11 on the message “My Heart is Fixed.”
